Essentially, a T bucket is a completely modified Ford Model T automobile, typically fitted with a huge motor, oversized rear tires and many custom chrome components and accessories. Norm Grabowski, a famous and very innovative hot rod creator, built the first T bucket street rod and gave the masterpiece its name in the 1950s. However, these custom built machines have a long rich history that began with Henry Ford and his team of automotive developers in the early 1900s.
